Job Description
Key Competencies :-
| Ability to work in a team Excellent interpersonal skills and able to make effective collaboration with the patients and community Good documentation and liaison skills Self-motivated and able to motivate others Effective presentation, communication and writing skills in Hindi & English. |
Purpose of Assignment:–
| To provide treatment and care to patients in Urban Primary Health Centers in Urban areas of different districts. |
Summary of Roles and Responsibilities:–
- At least 80 OPD cases/ per day, Emergency and other duties.
- To provide follow up care to the patients
- To examine and manage chronic diseases
- To refer complicated case to higher care facility
- To perform all types hospital works in UPHCs along with other Paramedical staffs
- To perform all types of activities in the urban areas attached with UPHCs i.e. immunization, ANC, Outreach Health Camps & other related activities including all programme under National Health Mission.
- Liaison and convergence with ICDS, PHED, ULBs etc
- Any other job assigned by concerned officers,
Remuneration/ Compensation/ Pay Scale/ Salary :-
Consolidated Rs 60,000 /- shall be paid per month.
Educational Qualification
▶ Medical Officer :- MBBS degree from recognised Institutions/University.
The above qualification must be registered with Bihar Council of Medical Registration or Medical Council of India/ National Medical Commission before joining.
