Educational Qualification
| ▶ Office Assistant (Multipurpose):- | Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. |
| ▶ Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager):- | Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. |
| ▶ Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager) :- | Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy. |
Experience:- Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
▶ Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager) :-
Information Technology Officer –
Bachelor’s diploma from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equal with a minimal of fifty% marks in combination.
Experience:- One 12 months (within the related discipline).
Chartered Accountant :-
Experience:- Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Law Officer :-
Experience:- Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equal with a minimal of fifty% marks in combination.
Treasury Manager :-
Experience:- Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a acknowledged college/ establishment.
Marketing Officer :-
Experience:- MBA in Marketing from a acknowledged college.
Agricultural Officer :- Bachelor’s diploma in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a acknowledged college or its equal with a minimal of fifty% marks in combination.
Experience:- Two Years (within the related discipline).
▶ Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager) :-
Bachelor’s diploma in any self-discipline from a acknowledged University or its equal with a minimal of fifty% marks in mixture. Preference might be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Experience:- Minimum 5 years’ expertise as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.
