NPCIL Various Post – Eligibility Criteria

Nurse – A (Female/Male) :-

1. XII Standard & Diploma in Nursing & Mid-wifery (3 years course) + valid registration as Nurse from Central/ State Nursing Council in India; OR
2. B.Sc.(Nursing) OR
3. Nursing “A” Certificate with 3 years’ experience in Hospital; OR
4. Nursing Assistant Class III & above from the Armed forces

Pathology Lab Technician (Scientific Assistant/B) :-

B.Sc. with minimum 50% marks + One year Diploma in Medical Lab. Technology (D.M.L.T.) with 60% marks OR

B.Sc. in Medical Lab. Technology (M.L.T.) with 60% marks.

Pharmacist/B :- H.S.C. (10+2) + 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy + 6 months Training in Pharmacy + Registration as a Pharmacist with Central or State Pharmacy Council.

X-Ray Technician (Technician/C) :- H.S.C. (10+2) in Science with minimum 60% marks + One year medical Radiography/X-Ray Technique Trade Certificate.

Experience: 2 years of relevant experience after obtaining the requisite qualification.

Operation Theatre Assistant (Technician/B) :- H.S.C. (10+2) in Science with minimum 60% marks + One year Certificate Course of Operation Theatre Assistant

Assistant Grade-1 (HR) :- A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Commerce or Arts with minimum 50% marks. Please refer para 6 for details of acceptable Bachelor Degree.

Assistant Grade-1 (C&MM) :- A Bachelor’s Degree in Science (with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) OR Commerce with minimum 50% marks. Please refer para 8 for details of acceptable Bachelor Degree.

Steno Grade-1 :- A Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with minimum 50% marks. Please refer para 6 for details of acceptable Bachelor Degree.

* A speed of 80 w.p.m. in English Stenography.

* A speed of 40 w.p.m. in English typing on PC

Driver- cum-Pump Operator- cum- Fireman-A :- H.S.C.(10+2) (Science with Chemistry) or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks+ valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License with minimum one year driving experience+ Certificate Course in Fire Fighting equipment such as Fire Extinguisher etc. from the State Fire Training Centres.

Standard for Physical Assessment Test:-

1. Height : 165cms.( minimum)
2. Weight : 50 Kgs (minimum)
3. Chest : 81-86cms
4. Vision : 6/6
