भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित बोर्ड से इलेक्ट्रानिक्स/ टेलीकम्युनिकेशन/ इलेक्ट्रिकल/ कम्प्यूटर साइंस / इन्फारमेशन टेक्नोलोजी / इन्सट्रूमेंटेशन टेक्नोलोजी / मैकेनिकल इन्जीनियरिंग में तीन वर्षीय डिप्लोमा कोर्स अथवा सरकार द्वारा उसके समकक्ष मान्यता प्राप्त कोई परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की हो।
(Three years Diploma Course in Electronics / Telecommunication / Electrical / Computer Science / Information Technology / Instrumentation Technology / Mechanical Engineering from a Board established by law in India or any examination recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.)
