Within a day of its OTT premiere, Satyabhama has started ruling the Amazon Prime Video trends. The film is currently trending at the top position in Telugu content content, while it is within the second position in the nationwide trends on OTT big. Audiences who missed out on watching the film in theaters and on its OTT launch.

Kajal Aggarwal was seen in the role of a strong police officer in Satyabhama. The film also stars Prakash Raja and Naveen Chandra in lead roles. The script was written by Goodchari and major director Shashi Tikka, while newcomer Suman Chikla directed it. Bobby Tikka and Srinivas Rao Taklapalli jointly produced the film under the Aurum Arts banner.

It’s so uncommon to see female characters kicking butt (like in Sakini Dakini) in Telugu cinema that it’s exciting to see Kajal roll up her sleeves and land some flying kicks.

There is a scene early in the film where she cuts her hand on bangles while beating up a goon. When a constable tells him that he should have eliminated them, he replies, “Lekunda kotadu ga, Chepra? (He beat them without wearing bangles; did they talk to him?)

It doesn’t just shatter the misogynistic ‘gajulu veskunava’ (do you sport bangles) Telugu cinema usually uses shameful characters; This is the type of punchy line usually reserved for male heroes.
