- The Government of Telangana and the British Council, an international organization for educational opportunities and cultural exchange, have signed a 3-year MoU to renew partnerships in education, English and the arts.

- The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has launched ‘Jiva Programme’ to promote natural farming under its existing watershed and wadi programs in 11 states.
