Japan launches Inmarsat-6 F1 Communications Satellite

Japan has launched Inmarsat-6F1, a communications satellite, aboard a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) H-IIA204 rocket from Tanegashima Space Center in Japan, into geostationary orbit approximately 22,240 miles (35,790 kilometers) above Earth. will enter.
It has been developed by London-based company Inmarsat as part of its next generation satellite broadband service. The satellite weighs 12,060 pounds (5,470 kg) and is the first of two ‘I-6’ spacecraft.
Designated H-IIAF45, Inmarsat-6 F1 launch is Japan’s third orbital flight of 2021 and H-IIA’s second mission of the year, marking the 45th flight of the H-IIA vehicle overall.
It is dual-payload satellite featuring both L-band (ELERA) and Ka-band (Global Xpress).
It is the world’s largest and most sophisticated commercial communications satellite ever launched.
H-IIA is Japan’s longest-serving liquid-fueled rocket (since 2001) and currently largest rocket operated by MHI for the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).

Rajnath Singh inaugurates Brahmos missile manufacturing unit in Lucknow

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has laid the foundation stone of the BrahMos Aerospace cruise missile manufacturing unit in Lucknow. He also laid the foundation of DRDO Defence Technology and Test Centre in Lucknow. BrahMos Project will help in creating 5,500 fresh job opportunities.

As per the order issued by the central bank, a fine of Rs 1 crore has been imposed on both the payment companies.
In a statement, RBI said it has imposed penalty on two payment system operators for committing offenses of the nature specified in section 26 (6) of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 (PSSAct).

Former England Test Captain Ray Illingworth passes away

Former England captain Ray Illingworth has passed away. He played 61 Tests for England between 1958 and 1973 and captained the country 31 times, winning 12 matches and winning an Ashes series in Australia in 1970.
