- Yogi Adityanath takes oath as Chief Minister of Uttar Pradseh for historic second 5-year term
- Yogi Adityanath took oath as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh for the second consecutive time on March 25, 2022.
- UP Governor Anandiben Patel administered the oath to re-elected CM Adityanath.
- The swearing-in ceremony was held at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. Along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, many other ministers also attended the ceremony and heard his oath.
- CM Adityanath is the first such Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh to return to power for the second term after completing the full term of five years.
- Union Minister Smriti Irani inaugurates 10-day mega Red Fort Festival ‘Bharat Bhagya Vidhata’ of Ministry of Culture
- The Union Minister for Women and Child Development, Smriti Irani inaugurated the ten-day long mega Red Fort Festival named ‘Bharat Bhagya Vidhata’ at Red Fort, Delhi on March 25, 2022.
- The Red Fort festival is organized by the Union Ministry of Culture as part of the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence and Independence.

- The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) has pegged India’s economic growth at 4.6 per cent for 2022 due to the current Ukraine-Russia conflict. Earlier this rate was estimated to be 6.7 percent, which has now come down.
- UNCTAD has projected the global economic growth rate to be 2.6 percent for this year 2022.
- Earlier this rate was being estimated to be 3.6 percent.
- Shaktikanta Das inaugurates Reserve Bank Innovation Hub in Bengaluru
- The Reserve Bank Innovation Hub (RBIH) was inaugurated by the Governor of RBI, Shri Shaktikanta Das on March 24, 2022 in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- RBI has also set up RBIH with an initial capital contribution of Rs. 100 crores. RBIH aims to encourage, promote and nurture financial innovation in a sustainable manner through an institutional framework.
- Reserve Bank Innovation Hub (RBIH) is one of the five wholly owned subsidiaries of RBI.

- NATO extends tenure of Jens Stoltenberg as Secretary-General by one year
- The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has approved the extension of the term of its Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg by one year until September 30, 2023.
- A few years ago, in October 2014, Stoltenberg was named NATO Secretary General.
- His term is set to end in September 2022.
- Stoltenberg is a former Prime Minister of Norway.

- This information was given by the Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Shri Bhupendra Yadav during the 67th meeting of the Standing Committee of the National Board of Wildlife in New Delhi on March 25, 2022 and announced to accept it.
